Our antenatal services include consultations and ultrasound scans along with the help and support you need throughout your pregnancy, including consultations with our medical specialists and Gaenacologists.
Obstetrics and Gynaecology
The Obstetrics and Gynaecology department deals with pregnancy and its related services. The department performs the following important roles,Early pregnancies or early gynaecology or Reproductive medicine service Rapid access clinics for women with abnormal symptoms.
Pharmaceutical Services
Our pharmacy is stocked with up-to-date medications to treat various kinds of medical conditions. The pharmacy also runs as a community pharmacy enabling clients to come in to purchase medication with a prescription without having to see a doctor.

Dr. Edward Nasigrie Mahama
Medical Director
Dr. Edward Nasigrie Mahama was trained at the Ghana Medical School. Dr. Mahama specializes in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the U.S.A and he’s certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
He was elected a Fellow of the American College Of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and also an elected Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons.
He practiced in Chicago for Ten years and was a lecturer at the North Western University.
Dr. Laud K. O. Kassim
Medical Officer
Dr. Laud K. O. Kassim is a Medical Officer with over a decade worth of experience in clinical medicine, healthcare management and public health. He currently serves as the Head of Medical Services Team of GLICO Healthcare LTD, a leading private health insurance company in Ghana.
Laud had previously served as the Deputy Medical Director of Superior Medical Centre, a private not-for-profit hospital in Accra from 2017 to 2021 and had been instrumental in the growth of the Centre into a public-serving and client-friendly hospital.
Dr Kassim’s interests are in healthcare management, public health and healthcare financing.
Dr Doreen A. Akum-Yong
Medical Officer
I am a highly adaptable medical professional who thrives in various clinical settings, ensuring patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively. My ability to collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams is bolstered by strong a commitment to positive patient outcomes. Fluent in both English and Ashanti Twi, I ensure clear communication with both patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. I am driven by a passion for healthcare excellence, I maintain a focused and proactive approach in even the most demanding situations.
